We all have been conditioned to one extent or another by this institutionally racist/colorist society.

Racism/Colorism affects all areas of people activity. Prejudice is learned and can be unlearned.

Your donation helps us bring education and knowledge to countless people around the world as to how to deal with issues of "race" and color when making decisions that impact others with skin color and cultural differences. It helps us build and maintain a resource that is relied on by people of all kinds and in all places — businessmen, nurses, policemen, bankers, managers, government officials, and creators of law in developing countries, among many others. Best of all, we offer direct access to information to anyone who wants to understand how we all have been conditioned by this racist/colorist society and more importantly how to change that about ourselves to have a positive impact on people with skin color and cultures that are different from our own.

We are not a branch of government. We receive no government support or tax money. We do not clutter the site with banner ads. The IIH is supported by generous gifts from our members and friends, by fees from consulting work done by its staff. All gifts are tax-deductible. We welcome inquiries from anyone who wishes to sponsor a particular page or resource.
